H-E-B donates bread for those in need in Little River-Academy

The Temple H-E-B Distribution Center dropped off bread, buns and tortillas at the Little River-Academy fire station to be given out to those in need.

LITTLE RIVER-ACADEMY, Texas — H-E-B came through again for a Central Texas community. This time it was Little River-Academy.

The Temple distribution center donated white bread, hamburger buns, hotdog buns and corn tortillas to the town's volunteer fire department.

The firefighters handed out the donations to people in need from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

A drive-thru was setup for people to pick up what they need at the fire station at 509 E. Main St.
