A Temple family lost their home Sunday night after an electrical malfunction sparked a fire in their attic, fire officials said.
The fire began around 6:30 p.m. in the 800 block of South Henderson Street.
The home did not have a smoke alarm, but fire officials said all three members of the family made it out of the home without injury.
