Hillside Medical Lodge residents share words of wisdom with graduating high school seniors.

GATESVILLE, Texas — Seniors living at Hillside Medical Lodge in Gatesville sent a message to high school seniors in the most COVID-19 way possible.

Hillside is a long-term healthcare facility and since the residents can't see anyone in person, they used social media instead.

The facility posted pictures to its Facebook page of the residents holding signs with words of wisdom for graduating seniors.

The two girls in the first picture just so happened to be high school seniors who are graduating in 2020 as Certified Nursing Assistants.

The signs included advice like "Save your money," from Beulah, Make your parents proud and make sure you pack clean underwear, from Sally and maybe the best advice from Trena, "For the females....Don't find a dumb man!"
