These summer cocktails will get you and your guests into the summer swing

It's summer time, and no better time, than to have a cool refreshing cocktail to get you in the summer mood.

Cocktails can seem time consuming and unapproachable, but Leighton Bagley from Dichotomy Coffee and Spirits in Waco says they are simpler than they look, and can be made from everyday ingredients you will find at the shops.

This week only, Dichotomy is celebrating everything tiki and will be serving a whole host of tiki drinks with an assortment of alcohol to suit everyone's taste.

Cocktails are great for setting a mood, whether you're two or 20, and in the summer heat an easy drinking tiki cocktail is only a shake away.
