TEMPLE, Texas — BAYLOR VERSUS COLGATE
In today’s Morning Playbook, number three seed, Baylor, begins dancing today.
They play Colgate at 11:40 a.m. in Memphis. Even though the odds are highly on the Bears’ side, it’s March and anything can happen!
Colgate finished 19 and 2 in the Patriot League with a high shooting percentage, but Baylor has plenty of veteran experience on their side.
AGGIES TAKE ON HUSKERS
The number nine Aggies are under a different kind of pressure, as they are looking to get their very first win in the NCAA tournament with Buzz WIlliams as head coach.
The positive note for A&M is that Nebraska has never won a tournament game, but the Aggie defense needs to be on point regardless.
A&M takes on the Huskers tonight at 5:50 p.m.
WOMEN’S TOURNAMENT
The Lady Bears also start the journey today against Vanderbilt.
They will look to regain the positive momentum they had going before the Big 12 tournament when they play tonight at 5 p.m. in Virginia.
Meanwhile, the Aggie women are playing for the upset against Nebraska in Oregon at 9:30 p.m.
