Baylor University gives Spurs' Jeremy Sochan a warm welcome home

Sochan played for Baylor from 2021-22.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Spurs forward Jeremy Sochan received a warm welcome back to Baylor University when he stopped by to take in a Bears basketball game.

Sochan was in attendance for the Bear's recent game against the Sooners. After the game he went on the court to congratulate the team's 79-62 win, and snap photos with the players. He also hugged his former coach, Scott Drew, and joined the team in the locker room.

"Jeremy brought the good vibes today," the Baylor Basketball team posted on X.

Sochan played for Baylor from 2021-22 before declaring for the 2022 NBA Draft. He was selected by the Spurs ninth overall.

While at Baylor, he was named the Big 12 Sixth Man of the Year (2022) and named to the Big 12 All-Freshman Team (2022).
