Vietnam War Veteran pleas for answers to Agent Orange After 7 cancer diagnoses
Richard C. Brown served in Thailand during the Vietnam War beginning in 1968. He got his first cancer diagnosis five years ago. This year, he got his seventh. Brown says Agent Orange is to blame, and he wants answers from the VA.
