KILLEEN, Texas — The City of Killeen has issued a boil water notice effective from Nov. 24, for the affected addresses due to a water line break.
The affected addresses include 113, 114, and 200 S. Gray St., as well as 211, 223, and 224 Hold Dr.
Residents are advised to boil all water before consumption until further notice.
The city's water crews are working to isolate the water main and will remain on site until repairs are completed and water services are fully restored.
In the aftermath of the repair, water quality samples will be taken the following morning, with results expected within 24 to 48 hours.
The public will be informed when the boil water notice is lifted through updates on the City of Killeen website and the Boil Water Notice Hotline at (254) 501-6515.
