ROBERTSON COUNTY, Texas — A section of Highway 7 in Robertson County is closed due to flooding, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
A 6 News viewer sent in a video of flood waters from the Navasota River pouring over the highway near the Lake Limestone Dam, and the TxDOT website confirms that a stretch of road near Marquez is closed both eastbound and westbound due to flooding.
According to TxDOT, the closure is expected to end around 1:15 p.m. on Friday, May 3.
